    This might seem to be a very small activity that can be done at home. For this, you can rest on your foot and put the other one on the ball and switch your feet quickly. Repeat the process without moving the ball. This will get you more control and balance and you can take yourself to a different difficulty level and challenge yourself to perform in a more difficult situation. You can change your direction after a certain amount of sets to add more to your performance.
